This is not a guide on how to play conjurer, but rather an interesting information regarding the relationship between conjurer and non-conjurer with an attribute stats, mind.

Of course this is not my finding. It's all Kaeko's, one of my favorite mage in FFXIV. If you want to read the complete testing, you can visit his blog: Kaeko's mnd test

Any-ho, here's the goodies… copy&paste from Kaeko:

(1) Mind itself does not affect the HP gain from Cure when used on classes other than CNJ.

(2) Adding +1 Healing Magic Potency adds roughly 1.25 HP on Cure and 2.50 HP on Cura when on CNJ. It adds roughly 1.10 HP per potency when on non-CNJ classes. Be aware this is an oversimpliciation.

(3) Vitality is a minor modifier to the Cure formula.

(4) For CNJ only, +1 Mind adds roughly +0.25 to HP to Cure and 0.50 to Cura. Much like my explanation for Healing Magic Potency, this is an oversimplification of what's really going on. If we stick to the idea of ratio increases we can summarize this ballpark method as:

* Cure on CNJ
1 potency = 1.25
1 mnd = 0.5625

* Cura on CNJ
1 potency = 2.50
1 mnd = 1.125

* Cure on non-CNJ
1 potency = 1.10
1 mnd = 0.275

(5) When the caster and target are both R50 with no critical bonuses, the % bonus on critical cures is roughly an increase of 22-23%. The rate is roughly 7.8%. Limited testing on critical potency bonus so far.

Unfortunately I can't quite get a formula derived so I just stuck to the oversimplified "ratio increases" explanation for now. Also, sorry I didn't formally test Curaga. Probably do MATK/INT next unless anyone has a request. You name it I or someone in my LS probably tested it. Critique welcomed and appreciated.

For those who doesn't know… Regen is awesome. =)

Anyway, here's an additional info about it: Enhance Regen is a straight +25% increase. 1 point of Enhancement Magic Potency = +0.75 Regen increase, 397 enhance = 137 without feet (171 with), 396 enhance = 136 without feet, 395 enhance = 135, 394 enhance = 134, etc…

With full AF? 134 Regen without boots, 168 with boots. Which is 393 Enhancement. I'm not sure what the exact formula for Regen is, because obviously 393*.75 isn't 134(168), but it seems to be just by eye-balling that 1 enhancement = +0.75 to Regen. - Keftenk Duras (Cornelia)

There will probably more testing on this subject, but for now this is good enough to rely on. Also, increasing your VIT will increased your enhancement magic potency - which will increased regen potency. HOLY MOLY time!
